Types of appliances
The devices used are of two types.
Depending on the age and malposition, they can be fixed or removable appliances.
The removable treatment is the earliest (about 7-8 years), and it helps us to guide the growth of the face and jaws and also to avoid interferences during the change of milk teeth (temporary) to those of adult ( permanent).
